Washington Middle School Students Win Dairy Council Video Challenge
Washington Middle School students in Kaylin Bade’s Farm to Table class were recognized for their video entry as a winner in the St. Louis District Dairy Challenge.

Art Club meets November 18th instead of November 20th from 3:30-4:30 pm in the Art room.
D&D Club meets November 18 from 3:30-4:30 pm in Mrs. Straatmann’s Room 2226.
FFA meets November 18 from 3:30-5:00 pm in Mrs. Bade’s Room 1107. Please have your ride her at 5:00.
The first home basketball game is November 19 vs Warrenton at 5:30 pm. The theme is Hawaiian Night. Wear Hawaiian gear. Mrs. Feldmann and the Junior Flock team will be selling leis, hair clips, and flower crowns for $1 each.
Fall Book Bingo starts on November 1st and will end on November 30th. Get your Bingo card from your ELA teacher or Mrs. Jankowski if you would like to participate. Get rewarded for reading!
Let’s help SRO Hudson and the Washington Police Department with their canned food drive. It runs Oct. 20-Nov. 14. Bring in non-perishable items to your 1st hour teacher. Benefitting Loving Hearts. Winning 1st hour gets a free pizza party.
The WHS Color Guard Spin It! Toss It! Clinic is November 15th starting at 9:00 am in the WHS gym. Registration begins at 8:30 am. The fee is $45 and includes a t-shirt. Participants should bring a sack lunch and a water bottle. Pick up a flyer in the office to register.
Tuesday, November 18th is Flannel Day for Trendy Tuesday. November 25 is Thanksgiving Feast: 7 Blue-red (cranberry sauce), 7 White -white (mashed potatoes), 8 Blue-green (green beans), 8 White-orange (sweet potatoes), & Staff-brown (turkey).
Gamer’s Club meets November 20 for movie night in Mrs. Young’s room.
Epsilon Beta Book Club meetings are cancelled for December 2 & 16. This next meeting will be held December 9th from 3:30-4:30 in the library.
