Washington High School Activities Director Bill Deckelman Receives Blue Jay Pride Award
Bill Deckelman, Washington High School and Middle School Activities Director, is the May recipient of the Blue Jay Pride Award.
The Spring Fling is this Friday, May 16th, during the school day. Students will be able to bring money and purchase concessions and snow cones. Items will cost $1-$2 at concessions, and Snow Cones will be $3. We will have various free activities including bounce houses, a petting zoo, and dunk tank.
Students, please be checking your emails for summer school information. Mr. Hinrichs sent an email to those who are recommended or required to attend summer school. WMS Summer School is remediation only.
Middle School Summer School is for remediation only.
Dates for middle school summer school are May 27-30, June 2-5, 9-12, 16-18, 23-26
Times: 7:30-11 a.m.

Attention all nominated 7th grade WEB leaders: Please complete your google application form by the end of the day on Wednesday. We will announce new WEB members this Friday. If you have any questions, please stop by the counseling office.
Art Club and Societas Historica meet May 14 after school until 4:30 pm.
Brain Bowl meets May 15 from 3:30-4:30 pm.
There will be a Neighborhood Reads Book Fair in the WMS library starting May 13 and ending on May 16 during the school day. The fair will also be open until 6:00 pm on May 14.
Come explore the stories and creativity of the WMS Societas Historica Club as they showcase their hard work in the Democracy in Dialogue Virtual Exchange student-led pop-up exhibits at the Washington Historical Society on May 17 from 5-7 pm. Celebrate their efforts and discover how history continues to shape the world around us.
